Jedd Zaun specialized in full service commercial real estate brokerage in Orange County, California for over 40 years.
Jedd started his career with Grubb & Ellis Real Estate Company in 1986, where he attained the top performing title of Senior Vice President. Jedd joined Lee & Associates – Newport Beach in 1999 as a Senior Vice President and Principal.
He now focuses on Real Estate Acquisitions, Property Management and Dispositions.
Jedd has completed some of Orange County's and California's smallest and largest, most complex, industrial deals as detailed in the client section.
Honors include: Multiple Grubb & Ellis Company Top 10 Producer Awards (from 1987- 1999), multiple Lee & Associates – Newport Beach Top 5 Producer Awards (from 1999 to present), Irvine Company Brokers of the Year Award.
