Jedd Zaun specializes in full service commercial real estate brokerage in Orange County, California. Real Estate brokerage services include the following:
- Individual and corporate buyer/tenant representation focusing on assisting entrepreneurs and mid-market companies with their commercial real estate strategies and acquisitions
- Exclusive listing and marketing of commercial and investment property for sale or lease on behalf of property owners and investors

Jedd joined Lee & Associates – Newport Beach in 1999 as a Senior Vice President and Principal. Prior to joining Lee & Associates – Newport Beach, Jedd started his career with Grubb & Ellis Real Estate Company in 1986, where Jedd attained the top performing title of Senior Vice President.
Jedd has completed some of Orange County's and California's smallest and largest, most complex, industrial deals as detailed in the client section.
Honors include: Multiple Grubb & Ellis Company Top 10 Producer Awards (from 1987- 1999), multiple Lee & Associates – Newport Beach Top 5 Producer Awards (from 1999 to present), Irvine Company Brokers of the Year Award and others.
